 This page provides a platform for SONGWRITERS to upload their MUSIC, LYRICS, and CHARTS so they can be shared and used by singers and musicians competing in New Zealand Country Music competitions. 

It is designed to make it easy for performers to access approved material and to ensure songwriters’ work is available for use in a respectful, licensed, and transparent way.

By uploading MUSIC, LYRICS, and CHARTS to this site, you acknowledge and accept that all materials you submit will be made PUBLICLY AVAILABLE for download and use by others, particularly for performance in competitions and similar events. You confirm that you understand and agree that this is the INTENDED AND EXPECTED USE of all content uploaded to this platform.

As a songwriter, you RETAIN FULL OWNERSHIP AND RIGHTS over your work. The NEW ZEALAND COUNTRY MUSIC ASSOCIATION (NZCMA) does not claim any ownership or control over your music, lyrics, or charts. Responsibility for ensuring that all appropriate permissions and licences (including APRA or other rights organisation licences) are in place remains with the songwriter and the end user.

All users who download and utilise material from this site are required to RESPECT THE RIGHTS AND CONDITIONS set by the songwriters, including any rules regarding usage, performance, and attribution. 

Users must also ensure that any required licences or performance rights (such as those required by APRA) are properly acknowledged and complied with.
